I did my first Tabata training session today. A few things about the session were reasonably unique. It was only a half hour class, and the trainer made use of a timer which cued us onto the next set with a beeping noise. Each drill was an AMRAP-style “all you can eat” number of reps for 20 seconds and then 10 seconds rest.
I was ok until we got to the push-ups round.
